With the help of the following guide, minor faults in the performance of the
appliance, some of which may result from incorrect operation, can be remedied
without contacting Miele. This will save you time and money because you won't
need a service call.
Please note that a call-out charge will be applied to unnecessary service visits
where the problem could have been rectified as described in these operating
instructions.
Some of the messages in the display are more than one line long. Touch the  or
 sensor to read them in full.
The display indicates the following messages or faults
Message Possible cause and remedy
000 lights up after
switching on.
Access via a code has been activated.

Enter the code and confirm the entry. Deactivate
the code if you do not wish this message to
appear in the display the next time the machine is
switched on (see “Operation/display - Code”).
Finish/Cooling down The laundry is cooled down at the end of the
programme.

Either remove the laundry and spread it out to cool
down or leave it in the tumble dryer to cool down
during the cooling phase.
 Fill condensate
container
This is to remind you that water is taken from the
condensed water container when the
Steam care
programme is being used. The condensed water
container must therefore be filled with water to at
least the
–min– marker.
 Fill the condensed water container.
To switch off the message:
 Confirm with OK .
