Message

Possible cause and remedy

Clean the fluff filter.
Check the airways.

still lights up
after a
programme
interruption
despite thorough
cleaning.

The plinth filter looks clean after thorough cleaning.
Nevertheless, the programme is aborted again and
the error message appears again. There are probably
still deeper residues which could not be removed.

To delete the message: Touch the 

OK

 sensor.

Replace the plinth filter with a new one.

You can regenerate the removed “old” plinth filter
in the washing machine. Follow the instructions in
“Problem solving guide - Regenerating the plinth
filter”.

 

Check water

Check if the drain hose is in good working order
and not kinked.

To delete the message: Open and close the door
while the dryer is switched on.

Removing the filter during a drying programme will
result in the programme being cancelled.

Either remove the laundry and spread it out to cool
down or leave it in the tumble dryer to cool down
