Initial commissioning

21



Risk of injury or damage to prop-

erty due to improper installation.
Incorrect installation of the tumble
dryer can lead to personal injury or
damage to property.
Before commissioning the tumble
dryer for the first time, make sure it
has been installed and connected
correctly. Please observe the instruc-
tions in “Installation”, and “Installa-
tion of the ducting”.

Follow all the steps required for initial
commissioning.
During the commissioning process,
you will need to define the settings for
daily use of the tumble dryer. Some of
the settings can only be configured
during the initial commissioning pro-
cess. After that, they must be changed
by Miele Service.

These settings are also described under
“Supervisor level”.

Switch on the tumble dryer



The welcome screen will light up.

Setting the language

You will be asked to select the language
you require for the display (supervisor
language). It is possible to change the
language at any time using the super-
visor level.
