If you have switched off pan recognition
and therefore also pan size recognition,
you can still switch on the outer circle of
a double circle zone or the extended
cooking zone by hand.
Proceed as follows:
^ After switching off the pan
recoginition and selecting a power
setting, touch the sensor for the outer
circle of the double circle zone, e.g.
n .
A short line
n
will appear in the top left
of the light ring to indicate that the outer
circle / extended cooking zone has
been switched on.
To switch the outer circle / extended
cooking zone off, touch the sensor
n
again or set the display for the zone
back to
0 . The short line
n
will then go
out.
