Tips on grilling
– Pre-heat the grill

– Select the Infra-red full grill

grilling several items across the
whole width of the grill.
Select Economy grill

for grilling
only in the centre of the grill.
– Place the rack on the middle shelf
level for thick cuts e.g. chicken
pieces, and on the top shelf level for
thinner items, e.g. steaks.
– Always push the rack in as far as it
will go.
– You can turn the rack the other way
up to adjust the distance from the
heating element. See "Trays, pans
and racks".
– Place the grill pan / oven tray below
the rack to catch fats and juices.
– Turn food being grilled once or more
if necessary.
