Setting the correct boiling point for water

Before cooking with the steam oven for the first time, it must
be set to the correct boiling point for water in your area. This
is determined by the altitude at which you live. This
procedure also flushes out the water pipework.

To ensure trouble-free operation of your appliance, this
procedure

must

be carried out.

Operate the appliance at 100 °C for 15 minutes. Proceed
as described in "Operation principles".

If you

move house

, the appliance will need to be reset for a

new altitude if this differs from the old one by more than 300
m. To do this, descale the appliance (see "Cleaning and care
> Descaling").
