Decrystallise honey
Procedure

Loosen the lid and place the jar of honey in a perforated
cooking container.

Stir the honey once during the cooking duration.
Settings
Temperature: 60 °C
Duration: 90 minutes (depending on the size of jar or the
amount of honey in the jar)
Making eierstich
Procedure

Mix 6 eggs with 375 ml milk (do not beat until foamy).
^
Season the egg and milk mixture and pour into a greased
solid cooking container with a little butter.
Settings
Temperature: 100 °C
Duration: 4 minutes
