Completing the descaling process

The residual water drawer may be warm after descaling.

^

Remove and empty the residual water drawer.

^

Rinse and dry the residual water drawer thoroughly.
Ensure that the metal contacts at the top of the residual
water drawer are clean and dry.

The residual water drawer can be cleaned in a dishwasher or
by hand with a solution of warm water and washing-up liquid.

^

Wait for approx. 20 seconds before refitting the drawer in
the appliance.

The indicator light

2

will now go out.

The indicator light

k

will also go out and the appliance will

switch off.

You can now reconnect the iron or the steamer to the steam
connection socket.

After switching on with the

s

button and the heating-up

phase has finished, the steam ironing system is ready to use
again.
