Soak
For heavily soiled and stained items
with protein stains (e.g. blood, fats
and oils, cocoa).
Duration of soak: A length of time of
between 30 minutes and 6 hours can
be chosen, in 30 minute increments.
– The first time the soak button is
pressed 30 minutes is added to the
programme duration.
– Each further press of the button
increases the soak time by 30
minutes up to a maximum of 6 hours.
Deleting the soak time

Press the
Soak
button repeatedly
until the indicator light goes out.
Pre-wash
For laundry with large amounts of dirt
(e.g. dust, sand).
Intensive
For normal to heavy soiling or where
staining is visible.
The duration of the main wash is
increased.
Rinse plus
Rinses the laundry very thoroughly.
A fourth rinse is introduced in the
H , Cottons Universal and
Minimum iron
programmes.
Your washing machine also has the
following programmable functions:
– the water level can be increased in
the H , Cottons Universal
and Minimum iron programmes.
– an additional rinse can be introduced
in the H and Cottons
Universal programmes.
Buzzer
An audible tone sounds at the end of a
programme or when Rinse hold is
reached.
The buzzer will sound repeatedly until
the machine is switched off.
Once switched on, the buzzer is active
in all programmes until it is switched off
again.
