*Outdoor unit chip refers to 0537 chip.

Communication malfunctions between indoor unit chip and outdoor unit chip.

Judge 3: check the communication wire

sequence is correct or not.

Connect the wire again.

Judge 4: Check whether there is disconnection.

YES

Replace

Judge 2: check whether the three-cored

shielded wire is used as the communication

wire and earthed properly.

YES

Replace shielded wire or earth the wire

properly.

PCB of indoor unit and outdoor unit malfunction.

Please replace.

power on
