Power OFF the unit.
Press and hold the Load Size button, then press the ON/OFF button until the digital displays the “C1”.
Then release all buttons.
Press the Load Size button once, the unit will change into C2 test mode.
Press the button again, the unit will change into C3 test mode. Another press will change back to C1.
Display
Test mode

Display test. All LED lights will flash together with 6 beeps. Then the unit will
automatically power off.
C2
Washing test. The unit will operate a washing cycle within 5 minutes. The Wash LED
will flash.
C3
Spinning test. The unit will operate a spinning cycle within 5 minutes. The Spin LED
will flash. During this period, the unit will alarm if lid opened, or a unbalance detected
(Safety switch).

The faucet is not open, or

Open the faucet.
Clean any ice if frozen.
The inlet valve is blocked.
Clean the inlet valve filter.
Reroute the inlet hose if folded.
Low water pressure.
Working water pressure should be from
14psi to 70psi (100 to 500 KPa).
Damaged inlet valve, PCBs
or harness.
Check and replace damaged parts
according to troubleshooting tree.

Alarm for Lid
open
Lid not closed.
Close the lid.
Damaged safety switch, Door
Lock, PCBs or harness.
Check and replace damaged parts
according to troubleshooting tree.

Alarm for
unbalance
Clothes is not even in the
basket
Open the lid, make the clothes evenly and
close the lid.
The unit is not in a steady
situation.
Check the floor. Change the position if the
floor is not so steady.
Check the package foam. Remove any
foam or soft board if there is any under
the unit.
Check the levelling of the unit. Make the
unit level if not.
Safety switch failure
Check and replace if failure.
Suspend System failure
Check and replace if failure.

draining
Pump is blocked or failure.
Check the pump filter. Clean if blocked.
Check and replace the pump if failure.
