检查机器是否处于非正常工作状态（倾倒、对墙、进
出风口被堵住等），将机器恢复至正常状态后重新插
电正常工作
Check whether the machine is in abnormal working
state (dumping, wall, air inlet and outlet are blocked,
etc.), restore the machine to normal state and then
replug it into normal working state
