Q: Why the device cannot power on?

Maybe the battery is low power, please charge it.

If long time without charge, please charge it for 30minutes at least.

It will take 3-4 hours charge full.
Q: Why the device positioning take a long time?

The network signal is weak

Make the device outside to get good GPS signal.
Q: The device can be bond to multiple mobile phones?

Click the “Add device” in the “Menu Options” to add on other mobile phones.
Q: The device can be monitored by multiple mobile phones?

Have to get the approval from the main controller.
Q: I have my own server can you provide the API?

