12.1 General problems
Problem Cause/solution
Communication problems
(between BLE mA Link and the
data logger)

Reduce the distance between the BLE mA Link and the data
logger, and try to avoid obstacles such as walls and similar.

The capacity of the battery is virtually depleted.
l
Check that the correct serial number was specified when linking
the BLE mA Link with the data logger (see "Output channels" on
page 32).
The correct current value is not
issued at the analogue output.
l
Failure of the power source for the current loop
l
The load of the connected instrument exceeds the permissible
value (see "Technical details about the output" on page 28).
