Your remote control has a side switch that allows you
to (lock/unlock) the keyboard functions.
Make sure it is unlocked before attempting to use it.
LOCK:
Slide the switch down to lock the remote control.
We recommend using the lock function when
transporting or storing it, when you do not plan to
use it, and after every use.
UNLOCK:
Slide the switch up to unlock the remote control.
When the remote control has been unlocked, the
LED status indicator will flash green twice.
LOCKING/UNLOCKING YOUR REMOTE CONTROL
Your hearing aid is completely automatic but, in
order to improve the user experience, you can
optionally incorporate a wireless device (a remote
control) to control the hearing aid’s basic functions
- increasing and decreasing the volume, muting the
sound or changing the program.

BATTERY

Your remote control has an internal battery with a
battery life of about 1 year.
Visit your hearing care specialist if and when the
battery needs to be replaced.
WARNING!
Do not attempt to open your remote control. It should
only be replaced by an authorized professional.
Attempting to open it yourself could damage the
remote control and void your guarantee.
