Remove the screws from the lifting handle mounting bars (see images below).
a.
Using a hex key, unscrew the screw that attaches the handle on the right side.
b.
Holding onto the right-hand mounting bar, unscrew the screw that attaches the
handle on the left side.
c.
Set aside and store the handles.
