If there is still a problem, select the

Advanced

tab.

Click the

Sensor View…

button. This launches a diagnostic tool that gives you information about the

touches on the screen. If you notice anything unusual such as a grid square that doesn’t illuminate
when touched, contact technical support.

Your support representative may ask you to describe the information displayed next to your finger
touches. Press Esc to exit.
