The M5Pi includes the following features:

256K of L2 write-back cache.

Supports up to 128MB of on-board system memory.

Primary PCI Mode 3 IDE controller (supports two drives).

Secondary ISA IDE controller (supports two drives).

Floppy controller for two floppy drives (Supports 2.88MB, 1.44MB,

      1.2MB, 720K, and 360K floppy drives).

Two high speed NS16550 compatible serial ports.

Bi-directional parallel port that is EPP and ECP compatible (see

      Specifications).

Upgradeable Flash Phoenix BIOS.
