Tap Menu> Settings> Wireless & Networks> More.
Tap Mobile Networks and then check the Data Enabled option and tap the Access Point Names to
select from the available list.
Note : If you are on roaming, please select the checkbox for the Data Roaming option.

You can use VPN to connect your device to the Internet.
Tap Settings from the Menu.
