7. Care and maintenance
a) Do not expose the device to either extreme
temperatures, humidity, dust or direct
sunlight.
b) The cuff contains a sensitive air-tight bubble.
Handle this carefully and avoid all types of
straining, twisting or buckling.
c) Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not
use gasoline, thinners or similar solvent.
Spots on the cuff can be removed carefully
with a damp cloth and soapsuds.
The cuff
is not waterproof.
d) Handle the tube carefully. Do not pull on it,
allow it to twist or lay it over sharp edges.
e) Do not drop the instrument or treat it roughly
in any way. Avoid strong vibrations.

Never open the device!
This will invalidate
the manufacturer warranty.
Periodical recalibration
Sensitive measuring devices must from time to time be checked for accuracy. We
recommend a periodical inspection of your monitor every 2 years.
