7. CARE AND MAINTENANCE, ACCURACY CHECK
a) Do not expose the device to either extreme temperatures, humidity, dust or
direct sunlight.
b) The cuff contains a sensitive air-tight bubble. Handle this carefully and avoid
all types of stress through twisting or buckling.
c) Handle the tube carefully. Avoid stress from pulling, pinching and sharp
edges.
d) Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use gasoline, thinners or simi-
lar solvents. Carefully remove spots on the cuff with a damp cloth and soap-
suds.The cuff
should not be washed in a washing machine or in a dish-
washer!
e) Do not drop the instrument or treat it roughly in any way.
Avoid strong vibrations.

Never open the device!
This can negatively impact the calibration (accuracy).

Periodic accuracy check
Sensitive measuring devices must be checked for accuracy from time to
time. We recommend a periodical inspection of your unit by an authorized
dealer every 2 years. Your factory authorized dealer would be pleased to pro-
