Create IoT Rules Engine
While the Lambda function performs the registration, it needs to be triggered by an event. The following
instructions creates a rule, which runs the Lambda function when a device connects for the first time.
1. Click https://console.aws.amazon.com/iot .
2. Go to the 'Act' section from the menu.
3. Click the 'Create a rule' button.
4. Fill in the following fields:
– Name: ZeroTouchJustInTimeRegistration
– SQL version: 2016-03-23
– Rule query statement: Select * FROM '$aws/events/certificates/registered/#'
– Condition:
