5. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

a) After power on, the Impact Wrench will enter standby mode. Then the

screen shows the default value that was set previously and the working
mode (R or L). R will tighten bolts and nuts that tighten in a clockwise
direction. L will tighten bolts and nuts that get tightened in an anti-
clockwise direction.

b) Confirm direction of screw-thread and torque setting. Continuously

press the “+” button until the R or L mode can be selected. Select R
or L as identified in point 1 above. Set the torque levels using the “+”
and “-“ buttons. The torque can be set to a value between 150 and
350 Nm or 888. When set between 150 and 350 Nm the torque will
stop automatically when it reaches the torque level set on the display.
If a torque level of 888 is set then the Impact Wrench will continue to
tighten with no automatic stop.

c) To tighten bolts and nuts, press the F switch (on / off switch). The impact

wrench will stop tightening when the required torque level is reached.
To loosen bolts and nuts, press the R switch (on/off switch). The impact
wrench will continue to run until the R switch is released.

d) Please disconnect the plug from the power source when not in use. The

settings will remain in the internal memory and will be the same when
the impact wrench is used the next time.
