Notes
When the battery was over discharged to 0V,the charger will attempt to
restore the battery with trickle current. The battery voltage will rise slowly
and after the repair is finished, the normal charging mode will be engaged.
If the battery voltage does not rise for a long time, the charger considers it
a damaged battery, the LED indicator for the corresponding channel
flashes and charging is stopped.

V judging method for Ni-MH / Ni-Cd battery
When the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator is always on and the
charger will stop charging automatically to prevent the battery from
overcharging and shortening the battery life.
