If the rollers could be moved by hand
please adjust the rollers as follows.
Open the screw on top of no. 1
(distance driver spindle to axe) and as
well as fixing screws (4) for the front
rollers. The front rollers (2) are fixed by
the eccentric tappet (3). As a result of
this the rollers can`t be moved manually
anymore. Then fix screw on no. (1) and
(4). The rear rollers (5) are fixed and
could not be adjusted.
7.3 HOW TO CHANGE THE SPINDLE BELT
For changing or readjusting the spindle belt the machine have to be
turned and plugged off. No humidity should get inside the inner
machine.
The spindle belt (1) is tightened with the
aid of the eccentric tappert (2, at the
side of the machine). When exchanging
the transmission belt the drive unit (3)
and the spanning unit (4) have to be
removed. The transmission belt can
then be removed sidewards.
7.4 MAINTENANCE SPINDLE
The spindle (5) should be cleaned with a dry piece of cloth half a year. Afterwards the
spindle should be greased with an appropriate kind of oil.
COMMENT!
Do not use any kind of grease.
