After operation
After operation, or in case of longer interruptions in operation, perform the following steps.
14.1
Disconnect the air supply
Remove compressed air hose
Pull the quick-connect on the compressed air hose away from the plug nipple.
The quick-connect is now unlocked.
Pull the compressed air hose off of the stapling device connector.
The compressed air in the stapling device escapes audibly.
14.2
Empty the magazine
Remove the unused staples from the magazine when you are no longer using the stapling device.
To do so, proceed as follows:
WARNING
Accidentally triggering when emptying the magazine can cause severe or fatal
injury.
Disconnect the stapling device from the compressed air supply.
Open the magazine (see page 17)
Slide the staples (5) remaining in
the magazine back out of the
inlet.
Remove the staples remaining in
the magazine (2).
Close the magazine (see page 19).
