SUPPORT CASTOR
The support castor (1) serves to in-
crease the tilting stability and can be
swivelled upward (2).
!
Attention:
The support castor does not pro-
vide suffi cient protection against
tipping over in certain situations.
Therefore, do not:

Leaning the upper body far back.
▲
When the wheelchair starts sud-
denly, especially when driving up-
hill.
▲
Driving over steps, e.g. curbs or
stairs.
– Danger of falling over forwards.

Swivelling of the support castor
can be done by an attendant or
aid.
Swinging the support castors
First press the spring button (3) of the
locking device and swivel the support
castor up or down until the spring
button audibly locks into place again.

Note:
This function can be performed
with the hand.

Attention:
In order to raise the tilting stabil-
ity never drive without the support
castor swivelled to the back.
• Have the function checked by the
specialist dealer after each change
to the seat height and wheel size!
