CLEANING
Immediately after cooking, remove cookware from the heat and let
it cool on a heat-resistant surface. Do not pour cold water onto
the cookware or immerse it in cold water. The sudden change in
temperature can cause warping of the cookware base. Always
wash the cookware thoroughly after each use to remove all traces
of food or grease particles which will burn when the cookware is
next heated, causing stains. Stains on the underside can be
removed by soaking in hot soapy water, or partially filling the
cookware with water and boiling it to dislodge the food particles.
A spotted white film (minerals from water, starch from food) may
form on the stainless steel surface. The white film can be removed
by rubbing the interior with a sponge that has been dipped in
lemon juice or vinegar. Then wash, rinse and dry the cookware
before storing away.
Remove burned-on grease promptly as it can be impossible to
remove if allowed to build up.
USING THE DISHWASHER
Whilst this cookware is dishwasher safe, we recommend hand
washing to avoid discoloration and to prolong the life of the
cookware. Over the course of time, the cumulative effects of
strong agitation and harsh detergent will dull the high-gloss
exterior, although the performance of the cookware will not
be affected.
CARE OF HANDLES AND KNOBS
Ensure that handles are never left over heat and that gas flames
do not extend up the sides of the cookware and overheat the
handles. It is not advisable to soak the cookware fully in water for a
long period of time as this can cause eventual deterioration of the
handles.
STORAGE
Store the cookware inside the kitchen cabinet to keep it dust free.
Invert the lid and interleave with kitchen paper to prevent
scratching. Be sure not to store the cookware when damp or wet.

SOME USEFUL REMINDERS / WARNINGS
• Do not leave hot oil unattended or keep it covered while deep frying.
• When deep frying, fill the cookware with no more than 1/3 full of oil.
This is to allow for displacement of the oil caused by the addition of
food and to ensure adequate coverage so food will fry evenly.
• Be extremely careful when moving the cookware if it contains hot
oil or other hot liquids.
• Remove the lid by lifting it away from you. Direct contact with rising
steam can cause burns.
• Do not use cookware in a broiler/grill, over a campfire or
in a microwave oven.
• Metal bases, particularly when new, can be highly reflective and may
reduce cooking efficiency on some halogen cooktops/hobs. Please
refer to your cooktop manual for corrective action.
• Do not store food in the cookware after cooking, transfer to another
container.
• If your cookware boils dry, do not pick up your cookware. Turn the
burner off and allow the cookware to cool before attempting to
move or clean it.
• Use medium or low heat for cooking. The use of continuous high
heat may discolor or damage the cookware.
• Do not leave cooking unattended or leave cookware on a hot burner.
Besides wasting energy, it may discolor or damage the cookware.
• Position handles away from burners and electric units to keep
them from getting hot.
