4.2 Correct exposure display
When the shot is correctly lit in TTL ope-
rating modes, the correct exposure is
displayed by means of the button
lighting up for 3 seconds.
If there is no correct exposure message
after the shot, it was underexposed and
you must select the next smallest f-stop
(e.g. f-stop 8 instead of 11) or decrease
the distance to the subject or reflective
surface (e.g. for bouncing flash) and
take the shot again.

exposure display in viewfinder.
4.3 Flash mode display
The configured operating mode will be
shown by the appropriate illuminated
LED e.g. TTL mode.
5 Camera viewfinder display
Examples of camera viewfinder display:
Illuminated green flash symbol
Ready for use – flash unit can be swit-
ched on.
Illuminated red flash symbol
Flash unit is ready.
Red flash symbol still illuminated
after shot or only goes off briefly
The shot was correctly exposed.
Red arrow symbol flashes after shot
The shot was underexposed.
