To change the status of a room:

The first digit indicates the occupancy
status:

The next digit indicates the cleaning
status of the room:

assign to the room. A three-digit
code appears. The first digit indi-
cates the occupancy status. The
second digit is the old cleaning sta-
tus, and the third is the new cleaning
status you just entered.
