n
This final option causes the source key to select a non-existent source.
By using this option, you can prevent the selection of unused inputs to the
installation.
Use the menu
n
and
s
menu keys to adjust the second part of the
display.
Note The choice of display/input type is completely independent of the
MSR key to which it is assigned. If it suits your purpose you can make
several sources non-existent, or several ‘phantoms’ of the same type, e.g.
CD = ‘rd’ and Radio = ‘rd’.
Source menu 2 options
Source menu 2 is used to define which D6000 input will be selected for
any given source key on the MSR.
You get to source menu 2 by using the menu

The display will be like this:
cd
d1
The first part of the display tells you which key on the MSR you are
setting up. The second part of the display tells you which input on the
back panel of the master D6000 will be selected when this key is pressed.
The choices are:
d1
Input D1 selected
d2
Input D2 selected
O1

Use the
n
and

menu keys to select the second part of the display.
Source menu 3 options

any given source key on the MSR.
You get to source menu 3 by using the menu
e

menu 1.
The display will be like this:
cd

The first part of the display tells you which key on the MSR you are
setting up. The second part of the display tells you which comms type has
been selected. The choices are:

In 500 or 200 mode this tells the D6000 that the source is a controllable
Meridian CD player/transport.
