Scope:

This is a constant power circuit controlled by using a EC to implement LI-ION Battery charging control.
General characteristics:

Charger Cut Off Method for Li-ION Battery:

When charge mode at CC/CV, and charging current is sensed below 0.1C/cell, then charger cut off.
Li-Ion charge protection:
