TEMPERATURE MEASUREMENT
1)
Connect the K type thermocouple couple to "V

"COM" jacks.
2)
Set the Function / Range switch to TEMP range.
3)
Read Temperature value in ºC on the display.
AUDIBLE CONTINUITY TEST
1)
Connect the red test lead to "V
Ω
mA", the black test lead to
"COM".
2)
Set the Function / Range switch to “ “ position.
3)
Connect the test leads to two points of circuit to be tested. If
the resistance is lower than 50
Ω
. The built-in buzzer will
sound.
TEST SIGNAL USE
1)
Set the Function / Range switch to "
•" range.
2)
A test signal will be output between "V

mA" and "COM"
jack, the output voltage is approx 5V p-p with 50k
Ω
impedance
BATTERY AND FUSE REPLACEMENT
Fuse rarely needs replacement and is blown almost always as a
result of operator's error. If "
" appears on the display, it
indicates that the battery should be replaced. To replace battery &
fuse (200mA/250V) remove the 2 screws in the bottom of the case,
simply remove the old one and replace it with a new one. Be
careful to observe the polarity.
