2. Pull out on the rear corner of the latch to clear the rear cover.

Remove the rear cowl latch.

Rear cowl latch

3. Remove the two screws securing the rear cover. Locate the

two arrows (pry points) on the rear cover. Use a thin blade

screw driver at these pry points and pry out the cover. Remove

the rear cover.

4. Remove the six screws securing the cowl lock and remove the

lock. Retain the two hex nuts that are used to fasten the top

two screws.
