Pre Assembly
Before assembling remove the transportation
blocks from the bottom of each panel.

Step 1
To fix the Windows (
No. 22
) into the panels
that accomodate a window. First fix the
Window Block to the Window as shown
with 1x30mm screw.
Place the Window into the window hole
and fix by screwing though the Window
Block (
No. 23
) with 2x30mm screws as
shown.
Screw into the Window first.

Step 2
Lay joists (
No. 10
) under the floor sheet with an
even space between each one. Position
joists flush on one side of the floor sheet
and mark centers of joists onto either end.
Fix using 5 x 30mm screws per joist.
If purchased with a tower please read
both sets of instructions before
beginning assembly.

Step 3
Lay the door gable face up on a flat
surface, place the door within the door
aperture. Position the door so that you
have a 12mm gap from the door to the
door gable on all four sides.
Useful tip: Use a12mm thick piece of
timber from your fixing kit within the
gaps to ensure the door does not
move.
Once you are happy the door is in the
correct position place a hinge at the top
and bottom of the door, ensuring the
screws will go into the framing (in cases
where you have been supplied three
hinges use the third in the middle of the
door) and using 30mm black screws fix
the hinge to the door and the door gable.
