Step 5
Parts needed -
Place the Ridge Bar
(No. 9)
between
the front and back panels. Ensure the
framing sits on top of the central
upright on both gables as shown in
diagram.
Secure it in place with 1x30mm screw
through each end.
2x30mm screws.
Step 6
Parts needed - x2 & x2
Fix an Eaves Frame
(No. 10)
to each Roof Sheet
(No. 6)
using
4x30mm screws per eave.
Position the Roof Sheets on
the building ensuring that the roof
sheet sits flush with the building at
the back.
Fix using 8x40mm screws per sheet.
24x30mm screws.
Step 8
Cut the felt into 2 sheets of 1266mm
and lay onto the roof as shown in the
diagram ensuring there is a 50mm
overhang around the sides.
60 x Felt Tacks.
Step 7
Fix the panels to the floor using
3x50mm screws per panel.
Ensure there are equal gaps
between the floor and the
cladding.
12x50mm screws.
