For vehicles with sports seats, it is not possible

to adjust the front head restraints.

To raise: pull the head restraint up.

To lower: press release knob

in the direc‐

tion of the arrow and push the head restraint

down.

To move forwards: press release knob

and pull the head restraint forwards.

To move backwards: press release knob

and push the head restraint backwards.

Adjusting the head restraints of the rear

seats mechanically
