Press the programming button on the door
drive unit.
Initiate the next step within approximately
30 seconds.

Press previously programmed button 1 , 2
or 3 repeatedly, until the door closes.
When the door closes, programming is com‐
pleted.

Troubleshooting when programming the
remote control

Check if the transmitter frequency of remote
control 5 is supported.

Replace the batteries in remote control 5 .

Hold remote control 5 at various angles at
a distance between 1 in (1 cm) to 3 in (8 cm)
in front of the inside rearview mirror. You
should test every position for at least 25 sec‐
onds before trying another position.

Note that some remote controls transmit
only for a limited period, press button 6 on
