First Aid Kit
The first aid kit is stored in the shelf
below the rear window. To open the
lid, push button (1).
Stowing Things in the Vehicle
Warning!
To help avoid personal injury during
a collision or sudden maneuver,
exercise care when stowing things.
Put luggage or cargo in the trunk if
possible. Do not pile luggage or
cargo higher than the seat backs.
Do not place anything on the shelf
below the rear window.
Spare Wheel, Jack, Vehicle Tool Kit
The spare wheel, jack and vehicle tool
kit are stored in a compartment below
the trunk floor (1).
Prior to lifting up the cover, fold back
mats and engage strap (2) in trunk
lid.
To remove the spare tire, turn luggage
bowl (3) to the left and lift up.
The jack is designed exclusively for
jacking up the vehicle at the jack
tubes built into either side of the
vehicle. Use the jack only to lift the
vehicle during a tire change. Never
get beneath the vehicle while it is
supported only by the jack. Keep
hands and feet away from the area
under the lifted tire. Jack stands
must be used when working under
the vehicle. Always set parking
brake before raising vehicle with
the jack. For details, refer to
“Changing Wheels”.
