Autom atic Clim ate Control
For co rre c t operation of the auto­
m atic climate control system, the
movable nozzles (1) and (2) should all
be open.
All push b uttons and fan control
b u tto n s should only be operated
individually. The indicator lamps in the
individual b u ttons light up when
pressed with the lighting switch in
position (1) or (2).
We recom m end settings @ and
^ only, in connection with the
desired fan setting. The following
in stru ctio n s explain the remaining
settings.
For proper operation of the climate
control system, keep all w indow s and
the sliding roof closed.
The engine m ust be running fo r the
ACC unit to work.
Heating, cooling and air distribution
w ithin the vehicle's interior is auto­
matically controlled. Furthermore,
settings are available fo r extreme
weather conditions, enabling the
defogging of the w indshield or air
ventilation to top and b o ttom . This is
accom plished with the tem perature
selector (3), the push buttons, and
the fan switch (4).
The movable nozzles (1) and (2) can
be opened or closed as desired. Turn
clockw ise to open.
