Heart rate control program TGT H.R
The user can arbitrarily set the heart rate target value to control the exercise.
A. Press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to select the heart rate control program TGT
H.R
B. Press the ENTER key to confirm the selected heart rate control program and enter the
time window setting state.
C. The time reading flashes, press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to set the desired
exercise time, and then press the ENTER key to confirm.
D. The reading of the distance flashes, press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to set the
desired distance value, then press the ENTER key to confirm.
E. The calorie reading flashes, press the UP and DOWN buttons (or rotate) to set the
energy you want to exercise, and then press the ENTER button to confirm.
F. The reading of the target heart rate flashes, press the UP and DOWN buttons (or
rotate) to set the target heart rate value you want to exercise, and then press the ENTER
button to confirm. (Figure 33)
G. Press START/STOP to start exercise.
Note: During exercise, the user's heart rate value is determined by the exercise load and
the speed of exercise. The heart rate control program is to maintain the monitored heart
rate at the corresponding set value. When the user's monitored heart rate during
exercise is greater than the set value, the load resistance automatically decreases or the
user slows down the exercise to reduce the heart rate; on the contrary, the load
resistance automatically increases or the user accelerates the exercise to increase the
heart rate.
User-defined program CUSTOM1~CUSTOM4
A. Press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to select the user.
B. Press ENTER to confirm the selected user and enter the time setting state at the same
time.
C. The time reading flashes, press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to set the desired
exercise time, and then press the ENTER key to confirm.
D. The reading of the distance flashes, press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to set the
desired distance value, then press the ENTER key to confirm.
E. The calorie reading flashes, press the UP and DOWN buttons (or rotate) to set the
energy you want to exercise, and then press the ENTER button to confirm.
F. The load of the first segment flashes, press the UP and DOWN keys (or rotate) to set
the desired load when the exercise is in this segment, and then press the ENTER key to
confirm. Set the load values from the second to the tenth stage in the same way as
above. (Figure 34)
G. Press START/STOP to start exercise.
