Place the dryer on a level, stable surface.

Sift thruough the raw products to be dried. If necessary, cut into smaller pieces before drying.
Put the raw products in the trays.
– Always stack at least 3 trays on the base unit, even if they are empty.
– Always fill the bottom tray first and continue upwards. Do not overfill the trays.
Arrange the raw products in thin layers.
– Close the lid.

Plug in the power cord. Press the power switch to start the dryer.
4.
Switch off the dryer and unplug the power cord when the drying is finished.
STORAGE OF DRIED RAW PRODUCTS
NOTE:
• Do not store fruit, vegetables, herbs, nuts, and bread etc. for more than 1 year in a freezer.
• Do not store meat, poultry and fish etc. for more than 3 months in a fridge-freezer or 1 year in a
freezer.

Allow the raw products to cool before putting into storage. Raw products keeps better if they
are stored cool, dry and in the dark.
– Make sure that the storage containers contain as little air as possible.
– 15°C is the maximum temperature for optimal storage.
– Never store raw products in direct contact with metal containers.
– Only use airtight containers.

Check the dried raw products for moisture several times in the weeks immediately after the
drying. If there are signs of moisture in the container, dry the raw products some more to
prevent them from going bad.
MAINTENANCE
NOTE: Do not use strong or abrasive detergents that can damage the surface.
1.
Switch off the dryer, unplug the power cord, and allow the dryer to cool before cleaning.
2.
Remove scraps of raw products with a soft brush.
3.
Clean the base unit with a lightly moistened cloth.
4.
Wipe all parts with a dry cloth before storage.
