SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions carefully before use.
This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of
experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards
involved. Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user
maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supervised.
Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children less than 8 years.
A damaged power cord must be replaced by an authorised service centre or
qualified person to ensure safe use.
Never expose the appliance, the power cord or plug to water or any other
liquid. Do not use the appliance with wet hands.
Check that the mains voltage corresponds to the rated voltage on the type
plate.
The appliance has a protective coating which can cause the emission of fumes
the first time the appliance is used. This is completely normal.
Do not use the appliance for more than 1 hour at a time, as this can shorten
the service life of the appliance.
Do not use the appliance outdoors.
Only use the appliance for its intended purpose.
Unplug the power cord before cleaning and when the appliance is not in use.
Switch off the appliance immediately and unplug the cord if the appliance is
not working normally. Do not pull the power cord to disconnect the plug from
the mains socket.
Do not allow children to remain unattended in the vicinity of the appliance
when it is turned on. Place the appliance out of the reach of children. Ensure
that the cord does not hang down.
Regularly check the appliance and its power cord for damage. Do not use the
appliance if it is damaged.
Do not expose the appliance to rain or moisture.
Immediately unplug the power cord if the appliance becomes wet.
