NOTE:
Never immerse the appliance in water or any
other liquid.

Service must only be carried out by an
authorised service centre.

• Do not run the appliance for more than

3 minutes at a time. Allow it to cool for
20 minutes before using it again.

WARNING!

Never poke utensils in the bowl while the
appliance is running.

Tip

• Allow ingredients like butter and eggs to

reach room temperature before using.

• To avoid getting egg shell in the food,

crack the eggs into another container
before putting them in the bowl.

• Do not over-whisk. Follow the instructions

in the recipe. Run at lowest possible
speed, just long enough to mix the
ingredients.

• Start running at low speed and gradually

increase to the speed given in the recipe.

• The room temperature and temperature

of the ingredients can affect the result.

• The appliance and the whisks are not

suitable for mixing dough and other
similar substances.

MAINTENANCE

Cleaning

1. Switch off the appliance, pull out the

plug, and wait until all moving parts have
completely stopped before cleaning.

2. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a

cloth moistened with a mild detergent,
then dry with a dry cloth.

3. Wipe the power cord, if necessary.
4. Wash accessories in hot water and

washing-up liquid, rinse and then wipe
dry. The accessories can be washed in a
dishwasher.
