Troubleshooting
Error messages
The test strip has already been used. Remove the old test
strip and repeat the test with a new strip.
The blood sample was applied before the “apply sample”
icon appeared. Repeat the measurement using a new test
strip. Wait until the “apply sample” icon starts to blink before
you apply the sample.
The temperature was not in the recommended range.
Repeat the measurement after 30 minutes, when the
operating temperature has been restored.
The blood sample did not fill the sample surface area of the
test strip during the measurement. This can be because of
abnormally high viscosity or the blood sample is too small.
Repeat the test with a new test strip and adequate amount
of blood sample.
The cartridge was not recognised. Try first inserting the
cartridge again into the cartridge compartment. If the
cartridge is still not recognised, please contact our Customer
Support.
