Recipe Ingredients Preperation
Cream 350Ml skimmed milk Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
150Ml heavy cream Add mixture into ice cream maker
40G confectioners sugar
Banana 1 Large ripe banana Mash banana
200Ml skimmed milk Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
100Ml heavy cream Add mixture into ice cream maker
50 G confectioners sugar
Rasberry
frozen yoghurt 200G fresh rasberries Mash rasberries into a puree
200Ml natural yoghurt Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
100G confectioners sugar Add mixture into ice cream maker
Chocolate mint 200Ml skimmed milk Place milk and sugar in a suacepan
200Ml heavy cream Place over low heat and stir untill sugar dissolves
50G confectioners sugar Leave to cool down
50G grated chocolate Add cream and peppermint extract
Peppermint extract Add mixture into ice cream maker
When mixture starts to freeze add chocholate
through the chute
Allow to freeze to the desired consistancy
Strawberry 250G fresh strawberries Mash strawberries into a puree
100Ml heavy cream Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
100G confectioners sugar Add mixture into ice cream maker
1/2 Spoonfull of lemon juice
Vanilla custard 200Ml skimmed milk In a suacepan slowly bring half the milk and sugar
and lemon peel to the boil
200Ml heavy cream In a separate bolw beat the egg yolks with the rest of
the milk
50G confectioners sugar Add to the saucepan and stir untill it thickens
2 Egg yolks Leave it to cool down
Vanilla extract Add the cream
Lemon peel Add mixture into ice cream maker
