Note
The touch screen can be cleaned while the
cleaning program is running without the need
to deactivate the display for inputs beforehand
(see also chapter 8.8 on page 33).
The machine is then switched off or, depending on the
selection, it goes back to operational readiness mode.

Cleaning the touch screen
Cleaning is required if there is any visible dirt.
1. On the display, press the menu symbol “

” (1) (see

In self-service operation, you must first log in with
a user chip key (see chapter 5.1.4 on page 9).
2. Press the “Clean touch screen” button.

The display is now blocked for inputs.
3. Clean the screen with a microfiber cloth or a damp
cloth.

If you use a damp cloth, make sure that the touch
screen is completely dry and free of streaks be-
fore you continue using the unit.
4. After cleaning, enable the display for inputs again
by touching the numbers 1-4 in the corners of the
display.
