Fill the large measuring spoon (7) with
corn kernels, and pour them onto the
hotplate in an even layer.
•
Place the bowl on the appliance so that
the arrows line up. Turn the bowl 90 de-
grees clockwise to lock it into position on
the appliance.
•
During use the indicator light comes on
and goes off, which simply means that the
appliance is maintaining the temperature
of the hotplate.
•
The popcorn is ready after 5-6 minutes.
•
When no more popping sounds can be
heard from the appliance, switch it off at
the on/off button and put the lid on the
bowl. Lift the appliance by its handle, and
turn it upside down so the bowl is standing
on its lid.
•
Turn the bowl 90 degrees anticlockwise,
and lift the appliance off the bowl.
•
Sprinkle the popcorn with salt and serve
in the bowl. You can also vary the popcorn
by sprinkling it with cinnamon or other
spices, or chocolate shavings, etc.
•
Stand the appliance with the hotplate
upwards, and leave it to cool for at least
10 minutes before you do the next serving
of popcorn.
CLEANING
•
Clean the appliance soon after using it,
while the hotplate is still slightly warm.
•
Remove the plug from the socket before
cleaning the appliance. Please ensure that
water, splashes or moisture do not get into
the appliance!
•
Wipe the hotplate with a well-wrung cloth
or a piece of kitchen roll. Wipe down with a
clean cloth.
•
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a
well-wrung cloth if necessary.
•
Wash the bowl, lid and measuring spoons
in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly.
The parts are not dishwasher safe.
•
Store the appliance in a dry, dust-free
location, with the bowl and lid attached.
