PRIOR TO FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging material.
• Before using for the first time, or after
prolonged storage without use, wash
any parts that will come into contact
with food.
• To remove any excess metal from
the production process, we recom-
mend you fit the auger (6), blade (5)
and meat screen (2, 3, or 4) in the
meat grinder body (9) and allow the
appliance to run for approximately 2
minutes with each meat screen with-
out food. Then clean the accessories
before use.
ASSEMBLY
1. Place the motor section (23) on a flat
surface, e.g. a kitchen counter, and
make sure it is standing firmly.
2. Turn the release button (24) clock-
wise, and tilt the arm (15) up.
3. Fit the mixing bowl (10) in the recess
on the motor section base. Turn the
mixing bowl clockwise to lock it into
position. Place the food in the mixing
bowl.
4. Insert the splash guard (12) into the
flange around the shaft, and turn it
until it clicks into place.
5. Then fit the desired accessory onto
the shaft (11) on the underside of the
arm.
• The dough hook (16) is used for
heavy dough, minced meat or other
demanding kneading jobs.
• The whisks (17, 18) are used for
whisking cream, egg whites, etc.
