Mounting the lampions

Lay down the lampions

with the eyelets

(bigger openings) facing upwards.
Insert the cordless end of the lampion stretcher

into the lampion’s upper and lower opening.
While doing so place the the lampion stretcher
bottom centrally onto the rim of the lower
opening.
Hold on to the lampion stretcher

. Pull the
eyelets

upwards and hang them onto the
hangers

Use
Insert the plug on end of the light chain

the socket of the mains adapter

Turn the connecting cap

of the mains cable
clockwise to fix the connection.
Insert the mains adapter

into the mains socket.
The product is ready to use.
Please note that the power adapter continues to
draw a small amount of power even if the product
is turned off as long as the power adapter is
plugged into a power outlet. To switch the product
off completely, unplug the power adapter from
the socket.
Timer function
To switch on the timer function, press the timer
button

after the product is connected to the
socket of power supply. The timer button
9
will light up when the timer function is activated.
The product lights glow permanently for 6 hours
and will be followed by a subsequent pause of
18 hours. Afterwards, the product will light up
again at its designated turn on time for 6 hours
followed by a subsequent pause of 18 hours.
To switch off the timer function, press the timer
button

again and the light of the timer
button
9
will be turned off.
To switch the product off completely, unplug the
mains adapter

from the socket.

Cleaning and care

First pull the mains adapter out of the
mains socket.

For reasons of electrical safety the product
must never be cleaned with water or other liquids or
immersed in water.
Do not use any solvents, petrol or similar items.
This would damage the product.
Only a dry, lint-free cloth should be used for
cleaning.
After cleaning, plug the mains adapter

back into the socket.

Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable mate-
rials, which you may dispose of at local recycling
facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging
materials for waste separation, which
are marked with abbreviations (a) and
numbers (b) with following meaning:
1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and fibre-
board / 80–98: composite materials.
The product and packaging materials
are recyclable, dispose of it separately
for better waste treatment. The Triman
logo is valid in France only.
Contact your local refuse disposal author-
ity for more details of how to dispose of
your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please
dispose of the product properly when it
has reached the end of its useful life and
not in the household waste. Information
on collection points and their opening
hours can be obtained from your local
authority.
